Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, joining our opening list, sending us a message, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or sign up. "We", "us", and "the clinic" mean Renfrew Family Dental, 2577 Renfrew Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

This website is not dental advice

Everything on this website is general information about our upcoming clinic and dentistry in general. It is not dental or medical advice, and reading it does not create a dentist-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified dental professional about your own situation.

If you have a dental or medical emergency, do not use this website or wait for a reply from us. Call 911, call HealthLink BC at 811, or go to your nearest emergency department.

Email communications

When you join our opening list or write to us, you agree that:

  • You are giving us express consent to email you about booking opening, clinic updates, and replies to your messages.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to hello@renfrewfamilydental.ca, and we will honour the request promptly as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
  • The email address you provide is yours and is accurate.

Text messages (future service)

We plan to offer text-message communications, such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, recall notices, and occasional clinic updates. If and when texting launches, the following terms will apply:

  • Opt-in only: you will only receive texts if you expressly provide your mobile number and consent to receive them. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of becoming or remaining a patient.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@renfrewfamilydental.ca.
  • Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and preferences.
  • Message and data rates may applyaccording to your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Keep us updated:if you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us so messages don't reach the wrong person.
  • Text messages are not a way to reach us in an emergency and may not be read immediately.

Using this website

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms.
  • Use the site or our forms to send spam, malicious code, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
