Emergency care
Toothaches, broken teeth, lost crowns, and swelling can all need urgent care. We will assess the problem, address immediate concerns, and explain the next steps.
Once we open, we will reserve time in the schedule for same-day emergency appointments. Call us as early as you can so we can assess your needs and arrange care.
Until our doors open in early 2027: contact your current dentist, call HealthLink BC at 811 for advice, or go to the nearest emergency department for severe swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or trauma.
What this covers
Same-day assessment
We reserve time in the daily schedule for urgent dental concerns.
Pain relief first
We assess the cause of the problem, manage urgent symptoms, and explain any follow-up treatment.
Broken & knocked-out teeth
A knocked-out adult tooth needs urgent dental care, ideally within the hour.
Honest triage
We will tell you whether you need same-day care or the next available appointment.
