New patients
New patients are welcome
We are accepting patients of all ages, including whole families. Join the opening list for booking updates when we open in early 2027.
Your first visit
What the first appointment looks like
We start with a conversation
We will review your health history, concerns, and what you are looking for in a dentist before the exam. Let us know if you are nervous about the visit.
A complete exam
We check your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, with digital X-rays when they are useful. We can review the images with you on screen.
Planning your hygiene visit
After your exam, we will let you know whether a cleaning can be done that day or should be booked as a separate hygiene appointment.
A written plan
If anything needs attention, we will explain the options and give you a written estimate before treatment.
Insurance & CDCP
Insurance and CDCP
We can help you understand your coverage and provide a written estimate before treatment.
We bill your plan directly
Bring your plan details and we can check coverage before treatment. We bill your plan directly whenever possible.
Canadian Dental Care Plan accepted
We participate in the federal CDCP for eligible patients: seniors, children, and uninsured families within the income thresholds. Not sure if you qualify? Ask us and we’ll help you check.
Written estimates
We provide written pricing before treatment, whether or not you have insurance.
Good to know
Small things that make visits easier
Three languages
We speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese, including when helping with paperwork and insurance questions.
Saturdays & select evenings
Saturday appointments from day one, plus a limited number of evening slots each week for work and school schedules.
Kids welcome
From a first tooth onward, with whole-family bookings so everyone's done in one trip.
Nervous about the dentist?
Tell us when you book. We can explain each step, adjust the pace of your visit, and discuss IV sedation for longer procedures or serious anxiety.
Need a dentist before we open?
For anything urgent before early 2027: contact your current dentist, call HealthLink BC at 811 for advice, or go to the nearest emergency department for severe swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or trauma. Once we’re open, same-day emergency appointments are part of the schedule by design.
Be first through the door
One email when booking opens, and the occasional update while the clinic takes shape.
