New patients

Here, everyone is a new patient

A brand-new clinic means no waitlist hierarchy and no squeezing you between regulars. Whether it's just you or the whole family, the opening list books first when doors open in early 2027.

Your first visit

What the first appointment looks like

01

We talk first

Your history, your concerns, what you want from a dentist, all before anyone reclines a chair. Nervous patients: this is where you tell us, and we adjust everything after it.

02

A complete look

Full exam of teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, with digital X-rays only where they're useful. Everything we see, you see on the screen too.

03

A cleaning, usually

Most first visits include a professional cleaning, unless something urgent needs the time instead.

04

A plan in writing

If anything needs attention, you leave with a written plan: what, why, when, and exactly what it costs after insurance. Then it's your call, on your timeline.

Insurance & CDCP

Coverage, without the homework

Dental billing is confusing on purpose. Ours isn’t. Here’s the whole system.

Private insurance

We bill your plan directly

Bring your plan details; we confirm coverage before treatment and submit claims for you. You pay only your portion at the visit.

CDCP

Canadian Dental Care Plan accepted

We participate in the federal CDCP for eligible patients: seniors, children, and uninsured families within the income thresholds. Not sure if you qualify? Ask us and we’ll help you check.

No insurance

Clear prices, no surprises

Every treatment plan comes with written pricing before we start. You’ll never discover the cost at the front desk.

Good to know

Small things that make visits easier

01

Four languages

Care in English, with Mandarin, Cantonese, and Tagalog spoken when it helps, including for the paperwork.

02

Saturdays & select evenings

Saturday appointments from day one, plus a limited number of evening slots each week for work and school schedules.

03

Kids welcome

From a first tooth onward, with whole-family bookings so everyone's done in one trip.

04

Dental anxiety, handled

Tell us once. We'll go slower, explain more, and never make you feel silly about it. For bigger procedures or bigger nerves, IV sedation is available.

Need a dentist before we open?

For anything urgent before early 2027: contact your current dentist, call HealthLink BC at 811 for advice, or go to the nearest emergency department for severe swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or trauma. Once we’re open, same-day emergency appointments are part of the schedule by design.

Be first through the door

One email when booking opens. Maybe one or two as the clinic takes shape. That's it.
